I cooked a rump steak in my JML halogen cooker last night ( was already cooking 'healthy ' chips in it and thought i would save on washing up)
the result was very good, fat drained away, steak cooked evenly and very quickly but didnt dry out. if you have one try it.0 -
Don't Currys have a double the difference (I think) price match policy? So if you find it priced at the less inflated price, they match the price, plus give you half again back!
If you can find the model elese where? I guess it maybe an exclusive which is why they think they can rip you off for £120.00 buy another GF Grill for £17! See robert dyas or any other shop.0 -
I've looked at Currys Stores in Bristol Avon Meads & Bristol Fishponds today, there's no sign of this deal in either of them0

none of £120 ones on offer in my store so i opted to get the £80 one for £40. i dont really see much difference between these two other than the removeable grill plates0

Hi...
As I worked for the DSG - as Currys is part of - I got to learn that any price ending in 97p is usually clearance.
So... I would hurry - they may not be around for long!:j0 -

Much prefer it to the standard Formby (sausages turned out nice again) and its incredibly handy for the caravan. Does a mean omelette as well!
We have one of these too
Purchased it about 2 years ago costing £19.99 plus VAT from Makro
Best gadget for the kitchen we have ever bought :beer:If You See Someone Without A Smile......Give Them One Of Yours0 -
Weds 4th Aug
We have just been to the main Currys in Portsmouth.
Very unhelpful member of staff just pointed to the stand.
This particular model was not on there, but the £79 one was there at £39 as someone above has mentioned.
We left.
We then went to the very small branch of Currys in nearby Havant.
What a joy to be served by such lovely people, no sales push just genuine help.
They had one MOd No 13334 reduced from £119 to £29 just as said by laurap1. Back home plugged in and warms up.
Now all we need is someone to come up with a cheap chunk of fillet
Thanks Forum
