So if you let to families you are expected to allow for greater wear and tear, pretty obvious stuff really.

Remember that landlords can choose to use the courts to adjudicate if they don't want to use mydeposits adjudication service.

Unfortunately , what is obvious to some LLs is not obvious to others, nor to their Ts. We often read on here of LLs who have apparently sought betterment, and of Ts who think that dirt and damage comes under the heading of FW&T
