National Parking Control

This company has had a small claim made against them by me which has been found in my favour, all I need is a NON Po Box address for the bailiffs to go and collect ! One in the eye for this lot if someone comes up trumps !!

I hope you included the landowner in the case as the ppc will almost always ignore ccj's etc. I hope you are more lucky than most..
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

I too hope you don't mean that you were clamped, but omitted to include the landowner/managing agent in your Small Claim? All forums giving advice on clamping case reclaims always tell posters to include the company which contracted the clampers in any Court Claim, as they are jointly and severally liable for the actions of their agents.

Never sue clampers on their own - go for the Organ Grinder not the Monkey.

Very difficult for you now. You could post about it on pepipoo but they'll tell you the same, should have included the principal agent as they are the ones with assets. Clampers rarely pay CCJs, they just collect them. Hopefully pepipoo will have other addresses though, post a new thread here:

HTH and I genuinely hope you get your money from the scammers.

Please give more details of case, it helps others gain confidence in challenging these unscrupulous individuals and shows fighting back is the way to go.

Well done you by the way for seeing it through :T as said though hope you named the occupier / landowner in court and made them liable as well if the PPC doesnt pay up.
You may click thanks if you found my advice useful
