Hi, Yesterday I was shopping at Somerfield and paid £9.01 by my credit card as I had no cash. Today I checked my online bank account and they charged me £11.35!!! I checked my receipt and it's says £9.01. What to do?

Go back with your receipt and a copy of your bill..."The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

No offence but it's not exactly rocket science what to do in this situation is it?0

Did you buy something a couple of days previous from the same store at £11.35 and your bill has not been updated yet for the £9.01?0

No, I didn't.
Your credit card rate isnt 25.9% by any chance?
I would certainly check with the store first, there will be a phone number on the receipt. But you may also want to check that your bank havent charged you some sort of fee also.
Cant see why they would though. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
