Hi, Yesterday I was shopping at Somerfield and paid £9.01 by my credit card as I had no cash. Today I checked my online bank account and they charged me £11.35!!! I checked my receipt and it's says £9.01. What to do?

Go back with your receipt and a copy of your bill...

No offence but it's not exactly rocket science what to do in this situation is it?

Did you buy something a couple of days previous from the same store at £11.35 and your bill has not been updated yet for the £9.01?

Your credit card rate isnt 25.9% by any chance?
I would certainly check with the store first, there will be a phone number on the receipt. But you may also want to check that your bank havent charged you some sort of fee also.
Cant see why they would though.
