I have bought my council home, I have a mortgage for £45.000 to pay, home worth approx £90,000, I want to be mortgage free, who would buy my home and let me keep staying in it for rent ? just want rid of my morgage for peace of mind !!! help..!

There's no peace of mind, selling your house to a bunch of cheap profit-chasing idiots... they'll want it for a song, promise you the earth, then not too far down the line you'll be given notice to quit, or the rent will go skyhigh.... there are no benefactors in life, just scum after a quick buck.
Pay your mortgage down. If you wanted peace of mind you shouldn't have bought it.0 -
