More - If you're intending for it to hold more weight it will need footings also.
Again all depends on what you're looking for.

Just done my own... 4.5 x 2.5 x 100mm deep, Barrowmix £143 for concrete, ( very fast & they barrowed it from road to rear of house) £26 for wood shuttering, and £30 for some MOT & visqueen (gravel base) £200 ish, labour if you get someone else to prepare.0
