New credit on no income?

Hi,
I am not working at the moment, although I do have cash coming in from Ebay, hubby etc. This means I pay the minimum payment on my credit card off on time every month. However my CC is from HSBC, had it for years and always paid it off in full, until this unemployed time. The APR is something like 24% - I pay £50/month on a £3000 balance (approx) and feel that is a little excessive. Is there anyone out there that will let me open a new account for a balance transfer?
