Hi
I am planning to take my wife and 5yr old to florida over xmas.
Was planning to do fly/drive, or fly/drive and accomodation. Planning to use accomodation just for sleeping in!
Can anybody suggest moneysaving way of doing this?
I have never been to florida, so have no knowledge of operators/websites. Would really love to some guidance
TIA

Where in Florida do you want to go to?
Where in the UK can you fly from?
Can you fly on 25th December?
What is the longest flight your little one has flown?Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
Have a look at this Florida forum, it's great and the members have a wealth of knowledge and experience of Florida and Disney:

Take a sat nav for the car, it will make your driving experiences an absolute pleasure and you'l look forward to every journey with confidence. I did it a few years ago all independently, booked airline tickets @ £300 pp, used a broker for car hire which included everything and booked rooms after reading reviews on trip advisor. Had no problems with anything and if I go again I will do it just the same.0

Florida can be quite chilly at christmas, lol we was there for a month this year , was rearly cold though, weve been lots of times and didnt plan for it to be cold as it can vary greatly some days my daughter had jeans and 2 hoodies on over long sleeved top it was so cold, theres no way you could do water parks if you had that sort of weather, is a lovely time to visit to experience christmas there but wouldnt do it again, its just not the same without the sun.
Flights can be expensive arond xmas, and they tend to go up after the 2nd week dec, so if you colld fly before then youd get better rate, or after and come back later .5 kids..1 hubby...1 dog..3 rabbits and a goldfish...yep ours is a Madhouse
:smileyhea We love Disney...
