Sun Holidays Query

Hi Everyone,
First post here. We are doing the sun holidays promotion in september (got our first chosen date/park) through the post today. Yes!
I was under the impression that we paid for the Entertainment Passes, Luxury Plus Upgrade, Power Charge and Linen once we got there.
But on the letter we received this morning it says the balance is due now. Is this right? Can anyone clear it up for me please as this is the first time we've done the sun holidays promotion.
I mean its no problem paying now but would be alot easier if we did pay it on arrival.

No you pay before you arrive, so now effectively. You are only obliged to pay for the power charge(service charge), you could bring your own linen(sheets,duvet covers,pillow cases) and save the £10/20 charge. You could pay for entertainment passes when you get there, check with operator if there is an extra charge for this when you phone up. I have never upgraded so can't advise on this, but have always had great caravans anyway. So when you phone tell them you just want to pay the service charge ( unless you want to upgrade) and if you need the extras just pay when you turn up.0

If you don't mind me asking how long ago did you send your application form off? We've posted ours too and if we are unsuccessful would like to book a holiday elsewhere instead. Am a little concerned as only put 4 parks down, and have read since that you must put 5 down It's the first time we've applied for the Sun holidays, trust us to do it wrong!0 -
Hi,
We sent it off on the day we collected the 10th token. We started as soon as the promotion started. Can't remember the exact date, sorry. Received it back today, so roughly about 2 weeks.0 -
