How many viewings in July?

For those still at the early stages of selling - how did July go?
For us it was a total disaster, no interest at all. I get the impression from the forums that things seem to be moving for other people, so I'd be really interested to see if things have improved from the last couple of months. Our plan is to do a bit more work to the front of the house over the summer, and get it looking nice for new pictures (and probably new price) in September.
Apologies for typo in poll - too complicated to go back and edit it!!

More to the point, was anything happening with the other houses for sale in your area, not on this forum.
Did any go under offer? Did any sale boards disappear? Indicators like these should give you more of a clue than this forum.....0 -
6 viewings, including one today.
This week has been the busiest so far with of the 4 viewings.......1 didn't like it (was proceedable), 1 is looking around at what else is available (is proceedable), 1 liked it but hasn't sold hers and 1 today (is proceedable)
Oh it never used to be this hard to sell a house!
A bungalow on the same road as us sold in 12 days, but it was going cheap. I have actually noriced that houses are coming back up for sale round here, majority of them 4 bedders, 2-3 weeks after being SSTC......valuations not coming in high enough?
Our plan is to leave it up for sale until the agreement with the EA runs out mid Sept and then take it off the market (if not already sold) Baby bump booked in for arrival 29th December so really don't need anything else to deal with!

Just the one after being on the market for a month.
There are three other flats in nearby blocks up for sale and they've all been on longer that ours. Everything seems slow here at the moment. There have been two houses in the same kind of price range as our place that sold very quickly, but otherwise things seem slow moving.
I'm thinking of asking the EA to change a copule of the photos. I'm particularly unhappy with the living room one. I've just had a go and think my version is better than his!0 -

You know what, I am already keeping an eye on what is happening in my local area. I posted this poll because I was interested in what what happening with other people in this forum.0 -
Apologies for snappy replies above - its been a long day.
Anyhow, thank you to everyone who has voted so far - any more to come?0 -
No viewings and been on the market for 2.5 weeks, so not too surprised, still frustrating however.0

Thanks everyone who has voted - looks like things are still pretty slow generally. Fingers crossed for a surge of house buying activity in August ....0

I edited your post for accuracy.
