Sky do not allow their customers to use their own routers, but if you can get your uername & password details from them somehow then it is possible to use 3rd party hardware.Remember kids, it's the volts that jolt and the mills that kill.0

I seem to remember from previous posts that using another modem/router breaks their T&C
Try Ebay. Usually loads of Sky Modems/Routers for sale. For example :-
http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_from=R40&_trksid=m570&_nkw=sky+router&_sacat=See-All-Categories
Just make sure you get the an ADSL/Modem for phone line or a Router if you are on cable.
Good luck.0 -
If you have one of these types of router, you can get your username and password from here so you can use any router although Sky do state this is against their terms and conditions: https://www.cm9.net/skypass/ Thanks Gavin0
