Cavity wall installation saving

Hi
A bloke came round my estate the other day offerng to do wall cavity installation for a cost of £100. Apparantly a government grant will pay the additional cost. The firm in question is on the approved list and the work comes with a 25 year guarantee.
I live in a two bed middle town house built in 1995. I wondered what the potential saving per year might be? I did have a look on the energy saving trust website, which quoted a saving of £115 for a 3 bed semi. I'm trying to weigh up whether the work is worth having done. I'm planning on not living here for more than another couple of years.
Thanks

You'll at least save the £100 and probably a bit more over the 2 years and it's more attractive to buyers if it's already installed. You get the bonus of feeling good about the carbon savings too. :jTarget of wind & watertight by Sept 20110

Does not a house as new as 1995 already have cavity wall insulation. Just a thought.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
Not always - although you'd think they should be. Loads of builders get round the u-values for external walls by reducing window size. It's much harder now than it was in 1995 but there are literally thousands of housing estates in the UK built in the 90's without cavity wall insulation - crazy!!Target of wind & watertight by Sept 20110
