Curtains/blinds good website wanted

Ok im a fella and i know zilch about curtains,apart from the fact they seem to be so expensive....id like a good one shop website. and when they give the size of the curtain...is that the size of the window they will cover or of both of the curtains????? i realise that sounds dumb...lol...all help appreciated x

Hi and welcome to the forums.
you need to measure the width of your curtain rail (excluding the finials) and then the length you want the curtains from the top of the rail to where you want - i.e. a couple of inches or so below the window sill or the floor. They are normally sold in inches rather than mm or cm.
this is how they are normally sold, and will say on the pack to fit up to xx wide and xx drop.
depends how much you want to pay. if you want some cheap but good enough curtains try tjhughes website. if you want more expensive you could try Debenhams, m & S, Next etc etcMortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0
