Is this a know scam or what?


DIGITAL CABLE PRO TV FILTER 54-1000 MHZ & FREE CABLE INSTRUCTIONS

it say you can get Pay-Per-View channels Adult channels Movie channels Special order sport channels Special events sounds funny to me and it only £6.50 to buy sounds like a scam but i don't know ?

    i imagine its the same as the sky tv trick.

    you order a film on pay per view etc and the charge goes to your viewing card, this is then relayed back to the company every so often.

    All this does is blocks the talk back from your card/box back to the company thus you not having to pay for the films you have watched.

    However your card only allows you the price of a few films, so once it is full you can not watch anymore untill it has been cleared. the only way to clear it is if your box does its talkback.

    so you can either not watch anymore films on pay per view or once you remove filter it will bill you for all you have watched.

    cable companies can also get curious as to why your box has stopped communicating with them.

    Not worth the money and could get you in trouble so i would stay away
