Quote for adding a 2nd TV socket

Hi all,
As per the title, getting ready for the digital switch-over I'm looking to get a 2nd TV socket added. The existing socket is in the living room and the 2nd socket would be in the bedroom above (so just taken from the existing wire from the arial (digital ready and all set-up))
Would adding a splitter (or whatever is needed) affect the quality of the picture down-stairs? and what would be a fair price for the work?
Thanks in advance . . . .
