Remove existing kitchen units and 12sqm tiled floor
Retile floor and and install underfloor electric heating system supplied by customer
Install new kitchen units (2x2M worktops, 8 cupboards) hob and extractor supplied by customer inc plumbing for dishwasher and new stop tap
Replaster kitchen walls and ceiling
Move gas pipe to opposite wall for new position of gas hob
Remove old bathroom suite, tiles and electric shower and install new in opposite orientation
Remove wallpaper from 3 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms and hallway, prepare walls and paint (supplied by customer)
£4800
