Hi
I got 500g tubs of Ariel Professional powder stain remover from the 99p shop in Croydon about a month ago ..... don't know if they're still there.
They have a sticker over the foreign instuctions with English instructions on.
Bought them as Ariel was a recognised name and I wanted to soak the boys footie kits..... Glad I did now! LOL
Got 8 more in the shed - how MSE of me!!:T:j0 -
Hi, I popped into Savers the other day and picked a 1kg of the Ariel Stain Remover powder for 1.99 per tub so i grabbed 2 xx it was rude not too xx0

I also wouldn't bother to try and buy this. I used it on four different stains none of them came out first time and two are still there. Vinegar and lemon juice are cheaper and work better! I'm just sending my questionnaire off for the money back guarantee.0

Good thread but have just beat that at Wilkinsons for £2.98 for all of the ranges:beer:0

Be careful of the gel version. I wanted to put some directly onto a stain (as it says on the bottle) and rubbed the fabric together. I then felt my fingers burning. On checking the bottle, it says it is an irritant. I have never ever had an issue with vanish or normal washing liquid beforeThere are times when parenthood seems nothing but feeding the mouth that bites you Peter De VriesDebt free by 40 (27/11/2016)0

It didn't remove the oil stains on white t shirts. Wouldn't recommend!:hello:0

I also used the gel version and would recomend to put gloves on. My fingers burnt left like a white stain on them, had hell of a job to stop them burning. But saying that product did work.chivers1977 wrote: »Be careful of the gel version. I wanted to put some directly onto a stain (as it says on the bottle) and rubbed the fabric together. I used the liquid almost instantly after DS ignored advice not to eat spag bol with a new white top on. It didn't work, even after three goes. Neither did it work on a small drop of blood on a pillow case. I can't find my receipt to claim a refund.Do not allow the risk of failure to stop you trying!0

Where did you get this from? Even though the one wash or we'll give you your money back guarantee is very clear on the bottle and on the tv advert (if i recall correctly) I cannot find any info on the ariel website as to how you do it. I bought it to get rid of some stains on my son's clothes and it didn't even touch it!0
