Give them a chance to sort it, Toluna only recently started integrating Ciao into their systems which is what the current issues are about.
But Toluna have ignored emails, not rewarding points and haveing to chase them for months after. And they have been doing that ever since I have been a member of toluna and thats almost 2 yrs. I get about 1 voucher a month from them and usually a bonus extra one when I have complained enough time with my growing number of unpaid surveys.
They get their in the end which is alot better than some haveSurvey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -
