Have never ordered from them before but it won't accept the codes for apple juice, biscuits or special K saying the promotion code can only be used once -do you have to do them all on seperate orders or have they now expired? Thanks

Have put one order in and got the cool bag (just ordered some juice),so went to place another order for eggs and thought I would try and get the biscuits as over £2.50 - it says promotion code has been applied but it showing total for them as 4.99 whereas on the coolbag it changed it to 0.00 - does anyone know if it has applied as I don't want to pay £4.99 for a box of biscuits?

The biscuits showed as 0.00 for me when I applied the code. Were you trying to use more than one code in one transaction? I've just phoned them myself because a code wouldn't work and they told me you can only apply one code per transaction. If you have placed your order and the biscuits were showing at £4.99 I would ring them and ask them to manually apply the code. They have always been very friendly and helpful when I have phoned them.
  • I was originally but then thought maybe that was why so went and did a seperate order but it wouldn't take it. If the biscuit promotion is def. still on then I will put another order in and give them a ring.Thank you.

Appleblossom, you need to have at least £2.50 worth of good in your basket before you put in the biscuit code. If you want to use the biscuit code with other codes it's fine, but use the biscuit code first.

Hi, I had £3 of eggs already in the basket before adding the biscuits but it wouldn't take it- I've put the order through and will give them a ring in the morning to see if it's still valid,if not I will just cancel that order. Thanks for replying.

UPDATE -I phoned yesterday and they credited the account with the £4.99 for the biscuits - was looking forward to dunking them this morning but delivery note said they weren't available - impressed with the cool bag though. Just a question - do they collect the empty glass bottles?

Well I ordered 2 blocks of cheese (paid for not free) and the milkman only delivered one. I phoned the helpline and was told that my account showed that I received two, but I didn't, so the nice guy on the phone refunded the cost of one. I will have to check all these credits when I get my invoice as they seem to get almost every order wrong in some way.
  • Looking forward to receiving my free bag and half price cheese tomorrow :)

    I love to save money
  • Appleblossom, yes they do collect the glass bottles!

They get my orders wrong nearly every week, but a phone call to them soon sorts it out (although I am getting a bit tired of having to constantly chase things up!)
  • HA! Milk&More seem to have sorted out their customer service from the sham that it was in May-ish this year. I didn't get my cheese or Special K but I though seeing as they were free I wouldnt waste my time worrying about it but I just saw a great offer on there that I wanted to take up (i'm a sucker for christmas style biscuits) so I thought I'd ring and ask. They've credited me with the money for cheese and special k so now I can make the order I wanted and it should be a feast of a breakfast on monday morning :D
