I'm fuming I ordered the cheese and they have now invoiced me £2.19 for it!! Has this happened to anyone else?
    Wins 2009:Total : £2500 :j
First they came for the crack users; but I said nothing. I was not a crack user. Then they came for the heroin users. But I said nothing - I was not a heroin user. Then they came for me. There was no one left to speak for me. (after Pastor Niemoller)

No need to fume - just give them a call. I find that they do make mistakes occasionally but they always put them right straight away when you let them know. :)

Completely free order of cheese, apple juice and biscuits all arrived this morning.

I got the biscuits free by adding £2.50+ of groceries, entered the code and then removed the groceries from my order.

I tried to do that but when I removed after entering the code 4.99 price came back:o

Had you edited the order after confirmation or before confirmation?

    Before confirmation
  • I got a call from them last night as I've not been using their services for a while (I only joined to get the free offers a few months ago) and as an incentive to come back, they would offer me a £5 credit if I ordered £4.50 or more of items. They offered to call back in an hour which they did. In the meantime I looked on the website and found the Jaffa cakes were a double pack for £1.25 each, so ordered 4 of them and all free as well, and they were delivered today!!
