internet store

hello,i've got a problem with a online store, trying to get my money back.i;ve used the store zucci online a few times so i was'nt ready for any problems.I ordered some jeans in the sale but the next day i recieved a e-mail to say the item was out of stock and would i like a refund, i responded to say please put my refund onto my debit card. That was over a month ago, after numerous e-mails and phone calls to a answering machine i still cannot get a reply,i contacted consumer direct wales who told me they had 28 days to give me my refund that has now passed,i would really appreciate any advice. The sum is £71.58 and it's really annoying to think that if they just ignore me i'll go away, i;ve looked on review site and seen alot of people have had the same experience, many thanks in advance

Did you pay via Credit or Debit card? If the former then you card company should be able to assist (put the transaction into dispute and refund you); if the latter, then some banks (but not all) can do similar. This is sometimes known as a chargeback.
