the csa cause problems for families that have split up and while i'll agree if most fathers (or mothers) could walk away with nothing to pay they probably would, but when it comes down to the nitty gritty of the money thats when things start getting ugly in most cases thats when the csa fan the flames with their tactics against mainly the people that are complient, alas causing upset between the parents that often results in the child being hurt....just my opinion for what its worth....

totally disagree with this statement, i agree if given the choice SOME NRP's would walk away but not the majority, and after reading through loads of post's on here it seems the one's who are trying to buck the system can afford to pay, but are very money driven!! but that's my opinion

i agree with you mark most people who try to get out of it can afford to pay....but its the people who do comply are being hit harder because the csa have targets to meet which means they pluck figures out of the air which then it is down to the nrp to prove otherwise not the csa to prove that they are correct...
  • An assesment is clearly worked out wong and give a pwc ammo if she stops contact or even says it doesn't happen nrp pays more.

They don't consider to have shared care you have to provide a roof over childs head just like pwc, they don't consider that if pwc doesn't provide cloths nrp will have to which can make it difficult to do bice things when you have contact.

I put a roof over my childs head when she is with me I cloths to the same if not more expense has ex feeding a extra mouth doesn't cost that much when they can eat the same meals has you.
I save for my child I treat my child and we do trips and fun things but I also pay csa, now on the whole it clear inprovide finacially alot more than ex.

And when she gets csa involved for lifestyle in consistamcy it's clear I'm being bleed but I won't allow this to happen and I also will make sure my child does not suffer.
  • There are a number of points that I need to reply to but I'm taking my son on holiday for the next week. :) Which I think is a better use of my CM then my bankrupt unemployed ex using it to fund her wedding in Cyprus :)
