Measuring up for new internal doors

I'm about to buy new doors for inside the house, what's the best way to measure up to make sure I get the right size? Do I measure the inside of the frame or the door that's currently in situ? I'm door clueless as you can tell! Ta

I would measure the inside of the frame, they will probaby be either 30" or 27" width, the 27" normally a bathroom or toilet door.
the heights should be 78" .
Also measure the door width , measure the rebate depth on the frame ,internal doors are normally 39mm ,external are 45mm

It is unlikely that the doors that you buy will fit without some alteration. Just a thought to bear in mind. Some people think that you can just go and buy a new door which will fit the opening. This may be the case occasionally, but it is much more usual for the new door to require planing to size.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.

Respectfully, standard Internal doors (not fire rated) are 35mm deep and externals are 44mm
