C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\CONFLICT.1\gp.ocx
so what is it, is it dodgy? even if it isnt is it safe to remove it?

It appears to be part of a downloader application used by Adobe (among others), so if you've downloaded Acrobat/Reader on that PC this may be where it came from.
If you have GetPlus as an installed application in Add/Remove programs then that application ~may~ stop working if you remove it.0 -
Hi,
before you remove anything you get the option to back them up and save, so if you have a problem you can always restore them.0 -
If the report says it is missing then that means it is declared in the registry but not present on disk so there isn't anything to remove other than the incorrect registry entry.0
