Kinetic Watch Winders - any experience?

Has anyone any experience of using Watch Winders please? I have a Seiko Kinetic watch that is worn infrequently, hence the need for a winder. Many thanks.

I have a Seiko Kinetic that I don't wear a lot, but on the very few occasions that it stops, I just swing it gently until it recharges, as per the instructions

I didn't even know you could get winders for them, am I being naive?

ive got this one from play.com

works for me...no problems so far. it rotates in either direction for 1 hour (set on the front) and then rests for 3 hours to give the watch a break as it would have if worn.
