I can't open Outlook, as I get a message "Cannot open the Outlook Window"
I have tried to repair it but I now get a message "Microsoft Office Bootstrapper has stopped working"
I am running Windows 7 Ultimate and Office 2007
Any ideas?

This is common with outlook, even more so with vista
Have you tried running outlook in safe mode? you can do this by doing the following GOTO Start / Run and type outlook.exe /safe
If outlook works in its safe mode ok then the problem is being caused by an addin, so you can then goto Tools / TrustCenter / Addins / Click GO on COM Add-ins and disable them all, then you can enable them one at a time checking each time that its running ok until you find the culprit.
If all of the above fails, then the only other option left is to create a new email profile in outlook, more details here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829918Ex forum ambassador
