Well they always say art is subjective, I always fancied a picture of Mr Crippen on my wall, but the Mrs preferred Harold Shipman, so thats what we have instead.

Well it beats all those liberal types who have that picture of Che Guevara - I think he beat Crippen and Chippers.

It's a dream of a house and I wouldn't turn my nose up at it. If I win the eurolotto tonight I might do some gazumping!:money: I'll sling out the boring picture of the murderer though, she was an ugly cow and anyone who sees art in that picture is warped in my opinion. Some of these folk who stare at a painting of !!!!!! and say stuff like 'i see what the artist is trying to portary' are sad little pathetic nobodies who don't know a fart from a belch.

1. It isn't Myra Hindley in the picture , it's Kate Moss.

2. The picture is not included in the sale, and neither is Ronnie Wood, so you wouldn''t have to look at either

3. There's lots of "art" that I find hideous ( including this one) but if I wanted a large property in that area, & had a spare 13 mill I don't think I'd let the current owner's taste in wall hangings ( or perceived lack of it) put me off buying the property.

4. The fact that anyone would stand to make such a massive profit from the property may be hard for many people to stomach, full stop, but I shouldn't think the Wood family will lose any sleep over that thought.

OK, OK, It was me, I put an offer in of £13.1m and it was accepted!!!!!!! Sooooo excited!!!!!!

All I have got to do now is apply for my mortgage. My dad is going to be my guarantor but he is away in the caravan this week in skeggy so I will tell him when he comes back next week.

Can anyone recommend a mortgage advisor that can help with a self-cert loan?

I don't care either way but I must point out it is picture of Kate Moss impersonating her so the lack of taste is still apparent. Perhaps I should dress up as Hitler and go to a synagogue. If anyone complains I will point out I am NOT Hitler and they are of low intellect!
