Disclaimer, I live in England, so anything decided in Edinburgh will not affect me
However, the review of budget cuts in Scotland has suggested no "ring fencing" including, free personal care, bus passes, dentists, prescriptions etc. all are on the table for cuts or scrapping
Perhaps a few chickens coming home to roost? Or will Alex S just blame the English as usual?

A non story, a review committee have suggested options. Doesn't mean any of them will be taken up.
Solution is simple, the English taxpayers should stop wasting their money on Domes, Olympic Games and that ridiculous wheel thing and contribute more to Scottish funding.0 -
