Luckily enough I paid through paypal, so I will hopefully get a refund.A complete con....please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

I have been caught by these people as I didn't check them out properly. The Frasier box I bought looked Ok but the discs were in a flimsy plastic case which was damaged. I watched the 1st one which looked OK but then it froze a few times. I wrote to the GES and said I wanted to return it. They said that was OK but I had to pay the costs of returning the box (which would be £26!). No matter how many times I quoted their T & C (which state they won't pay for a return unless there is a fault) they kept saying they won't pay.
I am in the middle of a dispute with them but as I paid via a Nat West Mastercard I am assured they on my side - I spoke to Nat West who tell me the return costs are down to the seller. I realise the discs look like copies (quite good ones actually) but I want rid of it. I am waiting for my bank to get back to me. One worry is that the GES will say there is nothing wrong with the DVDs. To cover that I filmed the TV screen when the DVD was playing on TWO different players and it freezes on both. I hope that will help.
I wondered how the dispute detailed above has been resolved? Any help welcome.0
