Play.com hard drive

hi

Found a computer hard drive on play.com for £17.99 yesterday which I thought was cheep so I ordered it and also ordered a hard drive case for it to go in.
I received an email confirming the order, I checked the status of the order today and it is listed as cancelled?
I have not cancelled the order or received any email from play.com regarding the cancelation.
I think that they have miss priced the hard drive can anyone advise on whare I stand in this situation?

    You have no rights at all.

    They are within their rights to cancel the order at any point up to dispatch...
    If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

    play will send you a email eventually

    they hardly ever honour missprice items, they did same thing to my oh few weeks back
    he ordered a windows 7 misprice they sent cancellation email around 5 next day an 5days to try get our money back.

    I ordered one last week a 1TB usb for £40 and it got cancelled they can unfortunately cancel order when it suits them. Time to move on
