    Morning All,
    I am doing much better this month. Mainly through doubling up on tesco vouchers for new glasses and pet food. £20 from Quidco yesterday. Ebaying bits and pieces and a voucher from GFK for £5. I also banked £50 from my £2 coin jar. So well chuffed as I have failed the last 2 months. Thanks everyone for the motivation and ideas.

    Hi there,

    I apologise for being a bit dim but can anyone tell me :)what the sealed pot is (though I have worked out it something to do with saving), an NSD?, and there are a few other things like the saving £10 a day thing.

    I think I have just proved to myself that I am dim, my only excuse is I havent long woke up :)

    Sealed pot usually refers to the Sealed Pot Challenge thread, basically saving any small change aiming for it to be counted in early December.

    NSD = No Spend Day.

    This thread is the £10 a day, we aim to make/earn/save £10 a day towards debts, savings etc although you don't have to aim for £10, some do more some do less.
    It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

    Hi Scubbangel and Debtdoll,

    SC thanks for answering DD question about the sealed pot challenge. I wanted to know what this was as well but kept forgetting to ask. Will now have to get a pot to seal and start. Where can I get a Sealed Pot Challenge number from?

    Have a great day all.

    Good day today, had to go into town and saved £2 on parking as I parked on the street (legally) and walked an extra 5 minutes each way, so good for my health as well as wealth!

    I needed to buy a bike pump and was going to go to Halfords where they are £4.99, thought I'd see if they had any in the pound shop but no joy - however, they did have some in Boyes for 89p result! Saved £4.10 there!

    Finally earned £6 from a mystery shopping asignment.

    Today's total is therefore £12.10.

    Oh, nearly forgot, found a £1 coin down the back of the sofa, thanks to a thread on this forum!
