is there a lower limit for chargeback?

Hi there,

I bought 3 similar items from a seller, different auctions. First stopped working after a few days, sent it back by standard post, he said he never got it, so probably I'm up the creek on that one.
Second iten ok.
third iten faulty, sent back by recorded delivery for a replacement so I have to wait to see how this fairs out.

Question. Is there a minimum cost of an item before its worthwhile doing a chargeback? in my case I paid 1p +£5.99 pstage per item so I'm not sure if you can do much at those prices.

Reason I bought from him is, its a wireless laptop mouse which can cost over £19 if bought elsewhere so I took a chance.

advice greatly appreciated.

Joe

As far as i know, there is no minimum limit for a chargeback or item dispute, thats why paypal pride themselves on offering the service (assuming your using paypal), moreover, should you really wish to retrieve your money, you can always contact your credit card company and ask them to refuse or refund the payment for you.
Hope you find this info helpful,

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you will be limited to recovering the cost of the item only. In this case 1p

No no, PP will refund the whole payment. The grand sum of £6.
