Easiest Bank?

I'm looking for an account to set up now, as in a few months I think I'm going to have a bad Credit Rating from two semi-low overdrafts on accounts. Ones gone to APEX, the others still at bank - which I'm trying to resolve today. (Alliance & Lei' & Natwest)
I don't know a ton about banking & credit, that's why I'm here. But I just want something I can use in the bank, post office & online, Pay-Pal, etc.
The only primary thing I want is a;
- Overdraft, so when I go overdrawn I won't be charged?
Can anyone recommend anything decent? I'm 20.

Overdrafts aren't free. You are borrowing the money, so you expect to pay interest on it.
A couple of banks give part overdrafts 0%. A&L come to mind, but this is limited to £100.0
