NEW Layout for Selling/Relisting

Is it just me or has Ebay started using a new "Layout" when you try to sell or relist anything. I find it much more annoying than the old way and when I tried to "sell similar" or relist on WWW.EBAY.COM (US site) it will no longer accept the same postage methods etc.
Very frustrating and I'm interested to see if everyones eBay is behaving the same way or not.

It's OK (I think) as you can turn the new listing format on or off at the top of the page (Thank God) so I'll give it another go......0
