Help for printing papers please

Options
Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me please.

I'm trying to print some craft papers from CDs. Some are OK but I've got three giving this message: 'Can't open E:\FLORAL (or whatever the disc is)|001.pdf'. The computer is nearly four years old and is XP but the discs are quite old (but in cood condition) and say XP preferred to run.

I'm not techie minded at all so any help would be gratefully received.

The discs that work are about the same age and all the discs that don't work are Joanna Sheen(a crafting lady) ones.

Can you post an exact error message? If I take the one above it appears that there is a "|" sign in the filename, which is an invalid sign.
