Scottish Power Online Energy 6 Ending. Move to npower or e.on?

My Scottish Power Online Energy 6 deal is coming to an end tomorrow and they have sent me an email asking if I want to extend it for a bit longer.

Putting my annual usage figures (6824 kW Gas and 2830 kW Electricity) into the comparison sites it comes up with

1. npower Sign Online 19 (£87 saving)
2. e.on Save Online v2 (£40 saving)

Further down the results is Scottish Power online energy 10 for a £29 saving.

Quidco is available on both npower (£40) and e-on (£55) but I have left that out of the equation for the time being.

From what I understand the npower results include the £100 discount you get after staying with them for 1 year so am I right in thinking that without this discount it would (in theory) cost me more until the discount is applied? e.on seems to have no discount that is applied at the end that I can see so the savings are more transparent.

People seem to post all sorts of horror stories about npower so am hesitating switching to them but it is worth moving to e.on or just stay with Scottish Power and move to online energy 10 instead as there is little in it between them and e.on? Or would you move to npower and see what happens?

For what its worth I have decided to move to npower as the saving is worth it and there is quidco on top (which tracked OK).

nPower have started to explicitly note that the £105 discount will be included in your estimated instalments so you will be paying the reduced amount. £40 is a pretty low cashback for nPower - it is back up to £140 just now through Topcashback.

Time to change my mind under the cooling off period and reapply via topcashback then.

Edit: Thats for the GoSave tariff only but with the cashback taken into account it will be the cheaper one to go for.

I got my email telling me online energy saver 6 was ending and they would roll it forward for another year if I did nothing AND give me an energy meter. I didn't want an energy meter as I have one already.
I used Uswitch and found Eon would be cheaper BUT Scottish power NEW online energy saver 10 had almost as much saving. I phoned Scottish power and told them I wanted to switch to this new service when my online energy saver 6 ended. I have a prospective saving of £165 p.a. compared to £175 with Eon BUT I don't have the hassle of switching supplier. :rotfl:
