I have to agree I'm afraid, if it were the scooter that you hadn't received then I'd understand, but with such a big win I think you should just let it slide hunni. I have a few small wins which I have never received. I won £250 to spend at giftchooser.co.uk & I received all that I picked, bar a £60 canvas which was supposed to have a picture of our kiddies on. I must admit I really wanted this particular part of it, but I was happy to receive all the other things I chose & decided after a couple of emails to just leave it & be happy with what I already had

Hi Cutesmile - You should have received all that you won - I have read on this forum of shortlist doing it to someone else. It's really annoying to have the joy of winning only for the stuff to not turn up. I think it's not the value of the goods that should matter but the principle - I think the other person didn't get the TV bit of a home entertainment system. If it isn't stressing you out in anyway chasing this I would carry on - if your persistance annoys them enough then perhaps they will not treat future comp winners the same way & you will have (potentially) done us all a favour
Good Luck0 -
I just wanted to post and say that I do think you should chase it up, I know it is small value and it was a huge prize BUT it was part of the prize package and I don't think promoters should be able to get away with not providing the full prize as in any case it sets a bad precedent. It is probably just a miscommunication in any case and I am sure you will get it.

Hi Cutesmile, sorry you didn't get your prize, you should have it was clearly there in the description of prizes. I nearly answered this thread yesterday but had to cool down first. I found the earlier replies far from helpful, perhaps realistic but not helpful or friendly. If you have a contact address for this company I would write to them by recorded delivery (keeping a copy) that if you do not receive your missing dvd within 14 days herewith (of the date on your letter) you shall contact the ISP. http://www.isp.org.uk/education.php?pid=267&sm=true Hope that helps. Winners of prizes whether big or small should be given regardless as Sweetiepie kindly said the smaller things often matter the most!0

I also wanted to say I don't know how anyone could say you were greedy to be asking for what you rightfully won! This suggestion really did make me a bit cross and as Onefree says, I don't think it's fair. Go for it and get your prize.MAY THE ODDS BE EVER IN YOUR FAVOUR0

The prize included "a copy of the film for the winner and the runners up", did not say it would be the Blu-ray version (dvd and blu-ray were released the same day).
I agree you should get all the promised prize but with the blu-ray now less than £12 and the dvd less than £7 (inc delivery from Amazon , maybe less elsewhere) it may not be worth spending much more time on this.0
