Harrods Christmas Grotto tickets

i was just going to post this too!! i've taken my dd's for the past 2 years and to be honest i won't be booking for this year. last year was ok but nothing special i've seen better at my local garden centre (my local one has real life raindeers, and my girls were more impressed with them), but i do think its some thing worth doing once with the kids.

Anyone else having trouble logging in ?

Have been trying tsince 8.50, I know it said 9am but by then a lot of the time slots were limited. I get as far as booking the day but when I go to book the time, the blasted thing will not go through :-( . Have tried to phone them but store not open til 10am, but thinking back to last year it took me three hours to finally book it.

Try this telephone number if you can't get through online: 0207 893 8877. I kept getting stuck half way through online and called the grotto helpline number (might be engaged for a while but keep trying) and the girl there booked me the time and date that I had originally wanted. She also took my £5 payment and I have already had my confirmation email through. Can't wait!!

I am stuck on the choose your dates page. coming up error on page:mad:. lets you click on date but then just says loading then reverts back to calendar. Selfridges this year i think!

Been trying all morning, can't get past choosing dates either. Says loading when you select December tab, but doesn't bring it up. Getting 'error on page' message at bottom aswell!
Come on Harrods - sort yourselves out!

I have been trying all morning too, and just tried the number from the above post, they now have a recorded message stating that due to high call volume they cannot put calls through to the grotto help and they advise you to try again later online

I know all the weekend slots will be gone by the time it works and as a childminder I cant get time off to go in the week, so I guess we wont be able to go

Have managed to book tickets on-line successfully at 2pm (having tried for ages this morning)
