Recommendation for good online US penny stocks broker?

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a reliable, well-featured but also not too expensive online broker for buying and selling US small-cap penny stocks on the NASDAQ and other exchanges? My current UK broker doesn't support trading some of the smaller companies. As I'd like to be able to buy and sell them quickly, an online broker is preferred.
Thanks for any tips.
Have a pleasant day,
Hussein.

Hi,
Sorry to bump this, but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for good online stock brokers who allow trading of US penny stocks (e.g. BRZM)?
If it's of any help to anyone else with a similar query, I was about to sign up with TD AmeriTrade but have decided against after reading a large number of negative reviews on this broker. Just thought I'd post that in case it helps someone else avoid needless headaches later down the line.
Anyone else with any suggestions, I'd be very grateful. Finding online brokers isn't the problem, it's that very few allow penny stock trading.
Thanks in advance,

I use Scottrade. There is nothing wrong with TD AmeriTrade though.0

Hi,
Thanks for your reply and sorry for the delay in getting back to this.
I'll have a look at ScotTrade. I was only cautious at TD AmeriTrade as I'd seen more negative than positive reviews about them. Having said that, I do agree that often you rarely hear the good news about companies, more often the bad.
I'll compare the two and see how they stack up.
Thanks again,
Hussein.

Hello,
Thank you once again for taking the time to respond to me.
Unfortunately, ScotTrade do not accept registrations from nationals living outside the United States. I am therefore unable to open an account with them.
I would be grateful if anyone else can offer any recommendations for good stockbrokers that would allow me to trade US penny stocks.
Thank you as always for your time and support.
