it says i need to re install itunes?!

hi all
when i try to to open itunes a pop up appears and says:
'The registry settings used by the itune drivers for importing & burning cds & dvds are missing. This can happen as a result of installing other cd burning software. Please reinstall itunes.'
now i dont have any other cd burning software so have no idea what this means.
also how to i reinstall itunes? will i lose all my music?

just download it from the apple website. This wont affect your itunes library.Friendly greeting!0
