It is your computers cache that is holding the copy of the August voucher.

Either empty your temporary internet files (Tools, Internet Options, Delete Files) or hold down the Shift key while you click the refresh page button.

It will now download the voucher from the whsmith web server rather than use the one cached on your computer.

Where do i find 'Tools' to do that? I'm on aol and have tried control panel!?

You need to clear your internet history/cache and possibly cookies.

Top of your screen, click on settings, then Internet (Web Browser) Settings then on Internet Explorer settings (over on the right hand side under related settings). You should have a grey box appear, click on Delete Cookies and then Clear History as well. Press OK after you have clicked clear history.
If you save your logins on sites this will have cleared those too.
You ideally should do this regularly to protect your PC.

Maybe I have got hold of the wrong end of the stick here, but I do have a WHS clubcard and spend almost £20 in store on 3rd October. They told me my clubcard total was only £1 something. I only saw this thread this morning. Have I missed something?

Have now sent my details to WHSmith - will I get a voucher for the £20 I just spent, or do you have to send your details - THEN spend?
