Just finished digging and weeding our new allotment phew......... Was wondering where to get manure from. I drive a lot around country lanes etc but never see any for sale. Was wondering how you other allotment holders go about it. Looking forward to your replies.

At The allotment i've just got (i feel your back ache) the "society" has something in place that for £15 a load turns up on your plot around about Christmas time.
Possibly ask if your place has something like that in place?0
