One Debt Cleared!

Hey all - I dont know if many of you remember or not but a while ago when I joined (March time) I had many many debts, some big and some small - also you may or may not know that i had debts X 2 as I run my own business........anyhow one of the biggest and most worrying of my debts was PAYE & NI to the Inland Revenue and I just wanted to tell you all that today (albeit by cheque) I have cleared this debt in full - it was at the time numerous bills of £94 to £120ish edbts totalling £680- odd...........well no more....:money:

It's a huge weight of my mind now.......Ive had a bad couple of months personally and this has obviously shown financially as out of the last couple of months weve had to take about 4 and half weeks off hence no money (hubby works for me too).....however slowly I can see light at the end of the tunnel.................;)

I've been keeping uo with your progress and I'm so pleased for you to have something to smile about.

With all the heartache and difficulties its nice to see some light at the end of it!

Thanks all - im slowly getting there i think - tbh personal finances are going ok as long as i take a certain amount out of the business each week im coping fine now im on the DMP with the CCCS........business wise im still behind but not by mega bucks although its not ideal to be behind at all i suppose??

Well done, I think you are going about it in the best way... focussing on one item then working towards another.

I've only had my LBM a couple of weeks back, so joined the challenges as per my signature. I'm half way to my £250 challenge target, but this is great for, it is a much more acheivable thing to aim for than saying 'I need to pay off 28k'!!

Well done again, and hope to hear about your next debt clearing soon!
