Although the lady from Natwest told me she would call me yesterday as of yet i haven't had a call, I know there are people who will comment that they have rubbish customer service etc etc. But has anyone else had this experience? I'd like to start paying money into the account but until she calls me with the account number i can't. Should i just wait and see if things start arriving through the post?0
