Ordered some items a couple of days ago from a well known High St store's website. Received them today.
It was 4 items in total and 1 doesnt look anything like it did in the online picture and the other 3 don't fit so I am going to send it all back. In the paperwork that came with it there's a freepost returns label so I know I don't have to pay to return the items, and obviously I'll get the cost of the items refunded but having looked on their website it says that they are not able to refund the original postage I paid to get the items out to me. I thought that if you sent items back within 7 days of receiving them, if you cancelled the order in writing first (presumably email is ok) then they have to refund all costs as if the order never existed, which would include the original postage costs - am I mistaken? It's not the end of the world if I am as it's only £4 odd but I'd just like to know what is the right position please. Thanks

Unless you have paid for express delivery or something like that, yes it should include delivery charges.
