I can understand both points of view.
From a Techies perspective, I would advise switch off automatic updates, then selecting them individually.
Install the updates one at a time rebooting afterwards.
Eventually you will find the culprit update.
It may be an update which is not required or otherwise not essential. If that is so, just tag it to Hide the update so it no longer appears.
There is enough advice on here (or google) to see what the update affects.
I would have done that before returning it though, you now have your other dilema about paying to return an "unfixed" PC.0 -
Have you asked Mesh to try installing Windows Updates and see if they can reproduce the problem? That will help ascertain with there is indeed a compatibility fault from new or it could have been potentially something else.0

If you Google Mesh, there are a few forums with disgruntled users who might help you get your money back.
Yep you are right pimento.
Good luck with Mesh OP, they are the worse company I have ever bought a PC off.
I spent £1700 on a pc with them and immediately the hard drive failed, it then took them 2 weeks to finally send someone around. Engineer took one look inside and couldn't believe how messy it was inside, things not fitted correctly and just a complete mess cable wise with cable touching components etc...
Had further problems with it over the next couple of years, including faulty DVD drive, fan problems and then one day it just completely gave up the ghost.
I spent so much on it, but in the end I just hated it and just wanted to get rid of it.
Many many others have had problems with them and their appalling lack of customer service.0
