On monday my employer stated that myself and another employee are no longer going to be paid a salary from next month! It was stated in a matter-of-fact way, and no notice (verbal or written) was given. I immediately said I wanted to see these new T&C's in writing and was assured that I would be given a written copy of this decision.
Note, at any time, I did not agree to these terms, and wanted the written confirmation so I could have grounds for unfair and/or creative dismissal. Since then no mention has been made, so I am still awaiting the written T&C's. What would be my next move?

No legal cover, but I'm sure some "no win no fee" employment law solicitors will jump at this (seemingly) rock-solid case. 0 0

Yes, I am in london. You can PM the details of the solicitor, that would be very helpful. I do not belong to any unions, unfortunately.
