We have recieved the draft contracts on our purchase (seller moving in with family so no onward chain), and 2 of the 3 searches are back.
The draft contracts have been issued to our buyer and we have given our conveyencer all the details on the lease etc.
All valuations are compplete and mortgages have been offered

wait for the rest of the searches to come back
then if everythings OK , your conveyancer should be inviting you in to discuss a date for exchange I think ( although only bought once so could be wrong!) Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Which search are you still waiting for? We are waiting for our draft contracts so almost at same stage as you!0
