Will this affect my ISP in any way (not BT or Sky), just a 20CN ISP account via another supplier, using the murphx system.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Only one way to be sure other than asking Sky themselves. Go to www.samknows.com and search under exchange search for your telephone number or post code. This should bring up your exchange. Click into your exchange and have a look at the list under the LLU section. If Sky has a tick next to it they have their own equipment in the exchange and your broadband will more than likely cut off during transfer... If Sky have a cross next to them your broadband will be safely left in tact.0

OK thanks.
There is no LLU on my exchange at all
I take it Sky does not need to be a LLU provider my exchange for them to offer me the £11/month line rental ?0 -
You are safe then. Sky can still offer you the £11 line rental but be aware in future if Sky do fit their own equipment in the exchange and offer you to migrate your line onto their network your broadband may be affected. For the time being though you can transfer without issue0
