If a company want a Comprimise agreement it is a good iea to try nd find out wht the comprimise is for.
Also be carefull what you wish for.
Company goes woops sorry made a misake give us the money back and we will reinstate you on the part time since thats what you want.
6 monhs later make you redundant with a much reduced payout.
If you want the parttime job just apply for it and keep the money.0
